I think that my sister would have literally killed me though if I went off to look for the Le Parfait jars on our last Paris trip :D

Mike, I've made a vanilla lemon marmalade before and I agree, it's an unexpected, but quite delicious addition. I will have to give your recipe a try.Annahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04713824685051007635noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-58523393792551629.post-89288678389483212512010-08-16T17:17:00.115-07:002010-08-16T17:17:00.115-07:00I loved your raspberry jam recipe. I just invented a recipe for figs and used an ingredient that ordinarily doesn't go in jam—vanilla. After I had cooked down the figs/sugar mix, I mixed in orange zest, cooked an additional 10 min. and then took off the heat and added the vanilla. Tasty stuff with a unique flavor!Mikehttp://www.themicrofarmer.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-58523393792551629.post-49805641161250947962010-08-15T20:37:46.563-07:002010-08-15T20:37:46.563-07:00Good job, you are starting to eye ball recipes.Good job, you are starting to eye ball recipes.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01024438780131741078noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-58523393792551629.post-60138806935747818072010-08-15T16:31:48.213-07:002010-08-15T16:31:48.213-07:00I'm impressed with your jam "no recipe&qu...I'm impressed with your jam "no recipe"! It shows that sometimes, a good eye and instinct are the best ingredients to suceed a recipe ;-) I am a big fan of Le Parfait jars! and the good news is they still sell those old-fashioned jars for a few euros!Laetitiahttp://www.myfrenchcuisine.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-58523393792551629.post-48632451568205351362010-08-15T01:24:39.387-07:002010-08-15T01:24:39.387-07:00So vibrant!
